(a) The Old Train Station, [currently] the Aguada’s Agricultural Museum [in] the Municipality of Aguada, is hereby declared a historic[al] monument.(b) The Planning Board and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take the necessary measures for the faithful and strict compliance of this section. The Planning Board shall include the Old Train Station, [currently] the Aguada’s Agricultural Museum, in the Puerto Rico Historic Sites and Zones Register, pursuant to Section 3.2 of Planning Regulation No. 5 and shall identify the place as a historic site in the corresponding zoning map.
