(a) The Wildlife Refuge in Boquerón is designated with the name of Iris L. Alameda Martínez, in recognition to the contribution made by this public servant to the conservation of said natural resource.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission is hereby exempted from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources shall carry out the necessary actions in order to implement the provisions of this section.
