(a) The medical-hospital facilities known as the Health Center located at Muñoz-Rivera Street in the municipality of Aguas Buenas, are hereby named after the distinguished lady Doña Emelina Galloza-Pérez, in recognition of her outstanding civic, social and health-related achievements, as well as her commendable efforts directed towards improving the quality of life of the Puerto Rican people, particularly in her community.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the measures needed to give compliance to the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
