(a) The baseball park located at Venus Gardens Sur Urbanization, Municipality of San Juan, is hereby named ' Don Roque Pérez-García' in recognition of his outstanding work in the field of physical education and his dedication to improving the quality the life of the children and youth of our Island.(b) The Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to enforce compliance with the provisions of this section, without being subject to §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
