(a) The Public Buildings and Roads Designating Committee of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, is hereby directed to name the School in Barrio Calabazas Arriba in Yabucoa with the name of the distinguished Yabucoa-born professor Doroteo Peña-Mora in acknowledgement of his valuable efforts to improve the quality of life of the community with his contributions a person, teacher and community leader.(b) The Public Buildings and Roads Designating Committee shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions in this section.
