(a) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico [is hereby authorized] to name the sports complex located at Barriada Guaydía of Guayanilla after Santiago 'Chago' Rosario-Quiñones and to post signs with that name.(b) Once approved, the Department of State shall notify this fact to the Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico so it may conduct the pertinent administrative procedures.(c) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the measures needed to give faithful compliance to the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
