(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to name the Municipal Museum of Toa Baja, located in Sabana Seca Avenue in Levittown, after Irma Mercado de Picón.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take all the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
