(a) The Minillas Government Center, in the Santurce area, Municipality of San Juan, shall be named Roberto Sánchez Vilella Government Center.(b) The Public Buildings Authority is hereby directed, together with the Department of Transportation and Public Works to take the measures needed for the corresponding inscriptions on the Government Center in accordance with the purposes of this section. For such inscription, twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) are hereby appropriated, chargeable to the Public Improvements Fund. The installation of inscription shall be completed not later than February 19, 2004, so that the unveiling of the same coincides with the former Governor’s birthday.
