(a) It is hereby provided that the Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall designate the new coliseum located in the Hato Rey sector of the Municipality of San Juan as the 'Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot'.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section.
