(a) The Amphitheater of the 'Antonio Paoli' Specialized Free School of Music of Caguas is hereby named after the distinguished professor Julio César Ortiz García, in recognition of his fruitful and productive career as a Puerto Rican musician, music professor, school director, and collaborator and mentor of several generations who have honored and contributed with their talent to the local and international artistic and musical milieu in Puerto Rico.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the measures needed to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
