(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate the section of Road PR-10 that falls within the jurisdiction of Adjuntas with the name Rigoberto 'Pucho' Ramos-Aquino.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Department of Transportation and Public Works shall take the necessary steps to enforce the provisions of this section, notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
