(a) The new main building of the Department of the Family located at 306 Avenida Barbosa in Hato Rey is hereby named after the distinguished former First Lady of Puerto Rico, Lila Mayoral, in recognition of her outstanding charitable and social work in benefit of all our people.(b) The Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to ensure compliance with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
