(a) The stretch of Road PR-10 from the Municipality of Ponce to the boundary of the Municipality of Adjuntas, is hereby designated with the name Salvador 'Chiry' Vasallo-Ruiz.(b) The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall place a sign on said stretch of Road PR-10 described in subsection (a) of this section pursuant to the provisions of this section. The Secretary is exempted from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.
