(a) The Multiple Use Center of Barrio Piletas of the Municipality of Lares is hereby named after Mr. Odilio González, known as ' El Jibarito de Lares '.(b) The Municipality of Lares shall take the necessary measures to faithfully comply with the provisions of this legislative piece, without being subject to the provisions of § 4054 of Title 21, known as the 'Puerto Rico Autonomous Municipalities Act'.
