(a) The Natatorium built to host the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games in the city of Mayagüez is hereby named after Carlos J. Berrocal, as a tribute to this distinguished swimmer from Mayagüez.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
