(a) The mural painted by Rafael Tufiño, located at the Ramón Power y Giralt School in the municipality of Las Piedras, is hereby declared to be historic patrimony.(b) The Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the municipality of Las Piedras shall carry out all necessary actions to restore and preserve the work of art painted by Master Tufiño, which is located at the Ramón Power y Giralt School in the municipality of Las Piedras.
