(a) The Añasco Government Center is hereby named after Professor Ángel Hernández-Álvarez, and is hereby declared to be exempted from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission Act'.(b) The Añasco Government Center shall be identified as the Professor Ángel Hernández-Álvarez Government Center.(c) The costs of the sign for said building may be covered by private, municipal, state, or federal funds.
