(a) The Cerro Gordo Public Beach located in the Municipality of Vega Alta, is hereby designated with the name of Javier Calderón-Nieves.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico and the Municipality of Vega Alta shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section in accordance with §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
