(a) The building that houses the Caguas Government Center is hereby designated as 'Miguel Hernández-Rodríguez Government Center'.(b) The Puerto Rico Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Public Buildings Authority shall take the necessary measures to implement this section.
