(a) The Ruins of Our Lady of Candelaria Chapel, located at the former Hacienda El Plantaje in the Sabana Seca ward of the municipality of Toa Baja, are hereby declared a historic landmark.(b) The Planning Board, the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, and the Department of Transportation and Public Works shall take the necessary measures to enforce this section.(c) Provided, that the structure known as the Ruins of Our Lady of Candelaria Chapel, located at the former Hacienda El Plantaje in the Sabana Seca ward of the municipality of Toa Baja, be included in the Registry of Historic Sites and Districts, and preserved as set forth in the 'Regulations for the Designation, Registration, and Conservation of Historic Sites and Districts in Puerto Rico', (Planning Regulation No. 5).
