(a) Road 7707 in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Guayama, is hereby designated as the 'Johnny Albino Road'.(b) The Government of Puerto Rico Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby directed to take any administrative process or proceeding for the placement of the sign in order to comply with the provisions of this act on or before sixty (60) days as of the approval thereof.
