(a) The new Convention Center of Puerto Rico, located at the Isla Grande peninsula in the Capital City of San Juan, is hereby named after Dr. Pedro Rosselló-González.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) Upon approval of this act, the Department of State shall proceed to notify the government agencies responsible for administering the new Convention Center of Puerto Rico to proceed with the new identification of such facilities and the posting of signs on access roads.
