(a) The Municipal Technological Center located at Mario Medina Street of the Municipality of Moca, is hereby designated as the 'Troadio Hernández-Méndez Technological Center'.(b) The Municipality of Moca shall take the necessary measures to faithfully comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission Act'.(c) The expenditures incurred by the Technological Center may be defrayed with private, municipal, state, and federal contributions.
