(a) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to name the stretch of the intersection of PR Road-149 and PR Road-14, beginning in Km. 11.10 up to Km. 63.9 of the intersection with PR Road-149 and PR Road -552 of the Municipality of Juana Díaz as 'José Joaquín Rodríguez-Rodríguez.'(b) On the day that the stretch of the intersection of PR Road-149 and PR Road-14, beginning in Km. 11.10 up to Km. 63.9 of the intersection with PR Road-149 and PR Road-552 of the Municipality of Juana Díaz is named as 'José Joaquín Rodríguez-Rodríguez,' a special activity shall be held to be coordinated between the Municipality of Juana Díaz, the Highways Authority, and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, for the appropriate disclosure and awareness of this designation. The Municipality of Juana Díaz shall defray the costs of said activities.(c) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Municipality of Juana Díaz shall take measures as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this section, as provided in §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
