(a) PR Road 178 in the Municipality of Arroyo is hereby designated as 'Monseñor José Antonio Colón-Ferrer Road'.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works is hereby directed to proceed with all administrative and signage processes and procedures in order to comply with the provisions of this act within sixty (60) days after the approval thereof.
