(a) The structure known as the CASILLA DEL CAMINERO, located in the Municipality of Aibonito (Asomante Ward, State Road No. 14), which was used as a clinic where the injured were taken during several battles of the Hispanic American War of 1898, is hereby designated as a site of historic value and interest.(b) The Planning Board, together with the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture and the Department of Transportation and Public Works, are hereby directed to duly comply with the provisions set forth herein.(c) Provided, that the structure known as the 'Casilla del Caminero', located in the Municipality of Aibonito, be included in the Puerto Rico Register of Historic Sites and Zones, pursuant to the 'Regulation for the Designation, Register, and Conservation of Puerto Rico Historic Sites and Zones' (Planning Regulation No. 5).
