(a) The Ferry Terminal of the Municipality of Fajardo is hereby named after Angel 'Tito' Olmedo Rivera.(b) The Ports Authority is hereby directed to substitute the name of the Ferry Terminal of the Municipality of Fajardo for the name Angel 'Tito' Olmedo Rivera, as well as in all documents of the Authority in which the same is used within a period of sixty (60) days as of the approval of this measure.(c) The Public Buildings and Highways Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
