(a) The Agricultural and Livestock Center of the Municipality of San Sebastian is hereby designated as 'Plaza del Mercado Gilberto Ramírez-Peña'.(b) Said designation is hereby exempt from the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Act'.(c) The Administrator of Plaza del Mercado Gilberto Ramírez-Peña shall place a sign to properly identify the building described in subsection (b) of this section, pursuant to the provisions of this section.(d) Expenses to be incurred in placing the building’s sign may be defrayed with private, municipal, state, or federal contributions.
