(a) The Government Center of the municipality of Moca is hereby designated with the name of Eustaquio 'Takio' Vélez-Hernández.(b) The Government Center Administrator place a sign on the building described in subsection (a) of this section, in accordance with the provisions of this section. The Administrator is hereby exempt from compliance with the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Structures and Public Highways Naming Commission Act'.(c) Expenses to be incurred in placing the building’s sign may be covered by private, municipal, state, or federal contributions.
