(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission is hereby directed to denominate the Parque del Litoral [lit.: Shoreline Park], which extends from the mouth of the Yagüez River to the Parque Centroamericano, facing Mayagüez Bay, with the name ' Parque del Litoral Israel ‘Shorty’ Castro.'(b) This naming shall be made without being subject to the provisions set forth in § 180 of this title.(c) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions of this section.
