(a) The Almácigo Bajo II School, located in the Municipality of Yauco, is hereby designated with the name of professor Francisca 'Franca' Oliveras-Gutiérrez.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary steps to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
