(a) State Road PR-203, connecting from State Road PR-30 to PR-183 in the Municipality of San Lorenzo, is hereby designated with the name Elmer Figueroa-Arce 'Chayanne', in recognition of this distinguished and famous Puerto Rican artist, son of the City of San Lorenzo.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take all the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
