(a) The section of the State Road PR-121, from the Josefa Catalá School to the Sábana Grande-Guánica jurisdiction, is hereby designated with the name of Avenida Rotario.(b) The Structure and Public Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall post a sign in the referred section of State Road PR-121 described in subsection (a) of this section in accordance with the provisions of this section.
