(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission is hereby directed to name the Mayagüez Recreation and Sports Palace after Germán Vélez-Ramírez, 'Wilkins'.(b) This designation shall not be subject to the provisions of § 180 of this title.(c) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission shall take the necessary measures to enforce this section.
