(a) Street No. 4 of Bégica Ward in the Municipality of Ponce is hereby designated with the name 'Cadet Jacinto Gutiérrez-Vélez'.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section, pursuant to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
