(a) The section of Road 145, from km. 1.3 to km. 1.6, at the intersection of Road 149 with Connector Road 6632 in the Municipality of Ciales, is hereby named as Juan 'Pachín' Vicens.(b) The Public Structures and Highways Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to comply with the provisions of this section without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
