(a) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby directed to designate as and post a sign with the name of Mariano Vega-Velázquez at the baseball park located next to the Dr. Antonia Sáez School in the Second Extension of the Country Club Development in the City of San Juan.(b) Once approved, the Department of State shall give notice to the Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in order to carry out the pertinent administrative procedures.(c) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to fully comply with the provisions of this section, without being subject to the provisions of §§ 178 et seq. of this title.
