(a) State Road PR-10, in the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Utuado, is hereby designated as Félix Ramón 'Moncho' Estévez-Datis.(b) The Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Government of Puerto Rico shall take the necessary measures to enforce the provisions herein without being subject to §§ 178 et seq. of this title.(c) The Department of Transportation and Public Works and the Public Structure and Highway Naming Commission of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall take notice of such designation so as to identify State Road PR-10 as provided in subsection (a) of this section.
