The different departments and offices of the Economic Development Administration are hereby authorized to collect for services rendered to persons and private industries. All receipts deriving from said activities shall be covered into the general funds of the Treasury of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, except as provided in §§ 242 and 243a of this title.
