The Director of the Center, through the Economic Development Administrator, shall render the Governor of Puerto Rico and the Legislature a report on the work performed by the unit each fiscal year, and an evaluation of such work in terms of the objectives of the program. The Governor shall have this report within one hundred twenty (120) days on and from the close of the corresponding fiscal year.
