The sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($ 200,000) is hereby appropriated to the Center from unencumbered funds in the Commonwealth Treasury to enforce the purposes of §§ 248—248m of this title. The funds necessary for subsequent fiscal years shall be set aside in the General Budget of Expenditures of the Economic Development Administration.
