The Administration shall submit to the Legislative Assembly at the close of each fiscal year:(1) A financial statement.(2) A report on the transactions made by the Administration during the preceding fiscal year.(3) A report on the status and progress of all the activities of the Administration since its creation, or since the date of the last of these reports.
