(a) The Commission shall impose and collect the following fees:(1) A fee for each application, to obtain a Puerto Rico pilotage license.(2) A fee for each examination to obtain the Puerto Rico pilotage license, when applicable.(3) A fee for each review examination, when applicable.(b) The Commission shall impose and collect an annual fee from each Puerto Rico licensed harbor pilot, and from each apprentice or probationary pilot.(c) The Commission shall collect a fee for each license renewal.
