The Port Commission shall submit to the mayor and to the Governor, as soon as practicable after the close of each fiscal year, but prior to the end of the calendar year:(1) A financial statement and complete report of the business of the Port Commission for the preceding fiscal year, and(2) a complete report on the status and progress of all its undertakings and activities since the creation of the Port Commission or the date of its last such report.The Port Commission shall also submit, at such other times as may be required, official reports of its business and activities under this chapter.
