The Santurce theater district shall extend along Avenida Ponce de León, from Calle Bolívar to Calle Ernesto Serra, where the following theater and movie facilities, some currently in use, are located, to wit: Metropolitan, Matienzo, Music Hall, Radio City, El Josco, Centro de Bellas Artes, Escuela Superior Central, Georgetti, Salvador Brau, Paramount, Ambassador, Nuestro Teatro and Teatro Metro. The district shall also include Teatro Cinerama and the Rex Cinema on Avenida Fernández Juncos and the Teatro del Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico, to be built on Calle De Diego, as well as the Teatro Riviera, located on Calle Loíza.
