The Planning Board shall designate the special zone created by this chapter, according to the Integral Development Plan to be established in coordination with the task force, created below. Said designation shall make possible the concession of the incentives and benefits consigned in §§ 226 et seq. of this title and this chapter.The development plan shall also include distinctive elements that will clearly identify the theater district area such as: billboards, and properly lighted marquees, and the development of related activities and services.
