To be able to obtain the tax benefits established in this chapter and while enjoying the same, it is required that all natural or juridical persons be up to date in their obligations with the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and all its dependencies, agencies and instrumentalities and with the municipality of San Juan.Provided, furthermore, That in order to obtain said tax benefits and be able to enjoy them during the periods provided in this chapter, the benefited properties and businesses must comply with all planning regulations applicable to the sector and with those that have been promulgated as guidelines for the development of this theater zone.
