The Task Force, as constituted in § 591d of this title, shall render a report to the Legislature three (3) years after the tax exemptions, the tax credits and other benefits provided in this chapter have been in effect.Said report shall contain a detailed analysis of the effect which the designation as theater district and the tax incentives and other benefits provided in this chapter have had in the development of the zone comprising the Santurce theater district, including an exemption of the rehabilitated units, theaters, movie houses, buildings, residences and any other structure, as well as any other relevant information to allow the Legislature to evaluate the effectiveness of the incentives provided in this chapter.
