In a term not greater than sixty (60) days following the date of approval of this act, a work group shall be created, which shall be constituted by the Executive Director of the Trade and Export Company, the Executive Director of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture, the President of the Puerto Rico Public Broadcasting Corporation, the Commissioner of the Cooperative Development Commission, the President of the Actors’ Association, the Executive Director of the Musical Arts Corporation, the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Cinematographic Arts, Sciences, and Industry Development Corporation, the General Manager of the Luis A. Ferré Fine Arts Center Corporation, and two (2) representatives of the private sector, to be appointed by the Governor. The works shall be coordinated by the Director of the Trade and Export Company. This work group shall be entrusted with the task of evaluating and making specific recommendations on the objectives, ends, and purposes that are to be pursued in order to achieve the maximum development of this sector.
