A public corporation and instrumentality of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico is hereby created under the name of 'Puerto Rico Tourism Company' which shall be hereafter called the 'Company'.It shall have legal existence and personality independent of the Commonwealth Government or any dependency thereof.
